Hi guys! I was wiped out last night and in bed by 10:20pm. I thought maybe I could watch another show but it wasn’t happening, I was falling asleep on the couch. :p I had one small glass of white before heading up to bed though.
I wasn’t sure if I was going to run this morning or not. I wasn’t ruling it out but if it didn’t happen I wasn’t going to be upset about it. Rocky got up around 7:30ish and I sent him back to bed. I was not ready to get up, I needed more sleep! Rocky only let me lay there so long, by 8:20 he wasn’t having it anymore. I decided that was okay and got up. I was a little bummed because I thought I had to prep his chicken this morning, but when I got downstairs I saw that Scott already took care of it. Awww He’s such a good hunny sometimes. I fed Rocky and got him taken care of, then came in to have a nice mug of coffee. Decided that running just wasn’t on the schedule today. I need to let my body rest up a bit.
Since I didn’t get to enjoy my coffee yesterday morning, I was very excited to have a mug this morning. For my first breakfast, I had 1/3 cup homemade granola, 1/4 cup of bare naked granola, and 3.5 spoonfuls of yogurt. Oh and also some extra cranberries.
On the list for today is rest, rest, and more rest. Some laundry as well but that’s not too taxing. See you later!
