I did sleep in till 8am.
I did take care of Rocky without issue and I did eat a huge bowl of pumpkin oatbran without any problems. This is my second bowl of oatbran. I had one yesterday, very basic and plain. It stayed down and didn’t cause my tum any troubles. There was much rejoicing.
I did complete some blog work today and get some laundry done, including washing all the sheets and the comforter. Be gone sickies!
I did get to have a smoothie at lunch today, one who’s color would make Linda Blair proud.
- 1C OJ
- 1C Carrot juice
- 1C US cranberry juice
- Frozen banana
- Frozen peaches
- Frozen mango
I did have some raw veggies at lunch as well.
I did have a grilled chick’n patty with BBQ sauce on the side. I also made one for Scott because I do know how to share.
I did also have bowl number 546 of soup with lunch.
I am so over soup.
I did not make my goal of staying awake the entire day. I did have to lay down and take a nap. But my nap was only about an hour long so that is progress! I had been sleeping all day long, only up for short spurts. My longest spurt was last night when I was awake for something like 5 hours at one time in a row. Amazing! During that five hours I did consume a huge bowl of vanilla ice cream. It was plain and I needed something calorie dense, ice cream won out. It was fantastic.
I did take Rocky for a walk today, not a huge one but a good sized walk.
I did come back home and do more laundry, and clean up the kitchen.
I did not make dinner. I wanted someone else to make dinner for me. I was lazy.
If you think that “someone else” would be Scott, you are wrong. I love my husband but I do not love what my husband does to my kitchen.
I did get veggie Pad Thai for dinner, extra veggies please.
It was glorious and despite what you might think, it did not sit heavy in my stomach. Crazy I know but I had my mind set on it and well that was not changing anytime soon. I think that if I can handle spicy Pad Thai I am on the mend. I hope that I did not jinx myself.
Till tomorrow my pretties!
