Hi gang! After SF class last night I went straight to bed. I read for half an hour and then crashed out at 10:30, glorious!! I got up at 6am, took care of Rocks and then immediately started work. Since it’s dark out now in the AM, that means no running first thing, so I might as well get some work done right? I got a few documents done and finally it was light out so I cranked out four miles.
Wooot! I did have a slight cramp but nothing that would keep me from being able to complete my four mile goal for the day. After my run, I immediately hit the shower. Ahhh steamy warm goodness! Am I the only one who loves a fabbo hot shower after working out? Even in the summer, I love hot hot showers!
I was starving by this point! Thankfully pumpkin cheesecake oatbran was on the menu for today.
Mmm mmm! A scoop of cottage cheese added at the end made it complete. This was so creamy smooth today that I kept saying how fantastic it was while stuffing my face. I love good eats! At this point, it could be my favorite fall breakfast. After I finished eating, I took Rocky out for a chilly walk. :o It was cooler during his walk than it was for my run earlier. Weird!
When we got back home, it was more work time for me. I finished up work for the day though! Score! Which made me super happy because it meant I didn’t have to be chained to my desk and could attend to other things.
Like some lunchie!

After lunch, I cleaned up the kitchen and took care of some bloggy stuffs. And then it was time for MT! Wooot! Oh MT how I missed you! Class was fantastic and it felt so nice to get a great workout in. Apparently I was a little gung-ho in class this evening as my instructors asked me if I was mad at Scott. Whoops! That’s what happens when I don’t get workouts in!
Then you know what time it was! Fish Tuesday!
Some flounder with a really simple topping brushed on:
- Dijon mustard
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Hot sauce
- Old Bay
- Garlic powder
Green beans on the side that I easily heated up in water with hot sauce and garlic powder. Then some oven fries! Woot woot! Fish and chips night!
Dinner was fantastic! We ate while watching a bit of last night’s game. I’m off to try and finish that, then I’m crashing. Tomorrow pretties!
Go 4 mile girl!! :-)
