Hi gang! Conditioning class was totally butt kicking tonight. And then I got to come home for some pizza pizza!
YUM! Since we just had a heavy tomato sauce yesterday, I didn’t feel like that today on pizza. So, like last wee, I went with spinach and sundried tomato sort of pesto-ish base.
Whole wheat crust that I made.
Andrea’s Side:
- Pesto base
- Shredded moz cheese (small amount)
- Shredded fresh parm cheese
- Red onions
- Shredded carrot
- Roasted asparagus
- Chili garlic hot sauce
Scott’s side:
- Pizza sauce base
- Tons of moz cheese
- Red onion
- Shredded carrot
- Buffalo chicken sausage
- Buffalo sauce

I started off with three pieces but stuck to my usual 2.5 pieces. I’m saving room for wine and dessert! More yummy stuff to go in my bellah. Till tomorrow!

I am making pizza tomorrow night & may use your idea w/ the pesto & sundried tomatoes. I may roast some eggplant & asparagus to go along with it.
