May 21st, 2009: Dinner: Pizza Pizza!

Hi guys!  MT class was great tonight, totally kicked my ass.  Before class, I had a small snack.

Cereal combo, a bit of kashi blueberry and some maple granola.  After the picture I added the soymilk.

We had to do some sprint work so I’m glad that I didn’t run this morning. :D  What’s funny, is that it was very hot during class this evening and all I kept thinking about was how fabbo a smoothie would taste.  I didn’t make any because that would cut into dinner but I thought about it a lot. :p

After class we quick ran to Big Bird to pick up a few things, one of those things being some salad greens.  YaY!  Dinner tonight was so easy and while it was heating up, I had a small snack.

Salt and Vinegar baked chips.  YUM!  Just a few because I just wanted a taste not a meal of them.  Then it was dinner time!  We got all settled in the TV room so we could start the Pens game!

Simple salads:

  • Mixed greens
  • Raisins
  • Cranberries
  • Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • A few peanuts

Topped with fig balsamic, a smidge of honey, and olive oil.

Leftover pizza from last week that I stored in the freezer and a pita pizzas.  I had a slice of leftover pizza and a wee triangle of pita pizza.  The leftover pizza was full of veggies:

  • Carrots
  • Zucchini
  • Artichoke
  • Green peppers
  • Red onion
  • Banana peppers
  • A bit of chicken sausage, I think buffalo chicken sausage.  I forget!

Dinner was awesome but I still feel a little empty.  I may snack on something but at this time have no clue what that would be.  Now back to the game!
