Hi gang! After we last spoke, I called and set up my first PT appointment and it is for Friday. I hate waiting so long but Scott and I have stuff planned every other day and even Friday I was squeezing it in! There is a potential for our week to get even more busier but I’ll explain that if it happens. I’ll explain if it doesn’t happen as well because I’m that kind of chatty.
I also hit MT class this evening. I can do everything except for right push kicks and we don’t do those too terribly often so I’m not worried about it. Class was good but the dudes were super sweaty today, ew. Once home I wasn’t hungry yet so I did some stuff around the house. Then my hunger struck vengeance! And I got up to make some eats.
Super mega easy today. Scott and I had leftover pasta.
With a slice of multigrain bread + smidge of butter.
More than yesterday because it was the only thing I was eating. And then I snagged another piece of bread. PMS Patty has been craving chips something fierce lately so maybe I’ll make it crazy carb day and have a small handful. Maybe. I’m seriously zonking out over here, so it’s quite possible I’ll pass out before chips cross these lips.
Now I’m off to hit the couch for some quick snugs and then it’s bedtime for me!
