Hi gang!  My day went crazy fast yesterday and unfortunately I didn’t have a minute to even think about posting eats.  Here’s my grub.

I tried the gallery feature but it was being a dinkus and not working for me.

There’s no real lunch because I wasn’t hungry so I had a smoothie instead.

Yesterday I headed out for my run intending to do 6 miles but not long into the start of my run, my IT band in my thigh area started tightening up on me.  Grrr!  I eased up my pace and sort of kept going to see how it was going to feel.  I was doing okay but was done by 3.5 miles.  It was tight and hurting a bit and I didn’t want to push myself.  I’m not too worried about building up miles because I’ve done it once I know I can run far.  I also know that I have the endurance for it.  I just want to do it again already! That’s where my frustration lies.

The therapists said my band is just tight.  Before my ultrasound yesterday, one of the therapists massaged the IT band in the thigh area.  Holy crap did that hurt like a mofo!  But I think it will help.  I stopped at Target yesterday after MT class to get a foam roller and they didn’t have one. :irked:  So I had Scott rub my leg again.  I’ll look for one at Dick’s and see if I have better luck there.

That’s my day!  I was working most of the day on things here and my recap of last night.  I had physical therapy and then we went to MT class.  Once home we watched the Pens win their 3rd playoff game.  Then I went to beddy bye!

Sorry for the lame-o post.  I feel like such a cheat doing this gallery thing!
