Hi guys! I’ve been busy busy today. I did some bloggy stuff and then dusted, vacuumed, and swiffered the house. Swiffering is such a frustrating thing because the floor always seems to have stuff on it. I’ll be done and the minute I turn back around there is stuff on the floor. Meh. Aside from that everything went smoothly!
I was starving for lunch but Scott said he wasn’t ready yet, so I had this.
A cut up apple, some raisins, and a brazil nut (cut in 1/2). I ate the nut and all of the apple and only a few raisins. I did some more things around the house and finally stated that I was making lunch because I was starving! :p
Leftover veggie chili for lunch and I also had three of the tortilla chips in the middle. YUM! After lunch I took Rocky out for his walk and thankfully it warmed up enough that the majority of the ice was melted and gone. Hooray! Once back home I did some laundry and more cleaning. Then my packages arrived! Now I only have two more left, one should be coming tomorrow and the other one next week I think. It’s coming by regular mail so I hope it gets here in time. The mail has been super duper slow here. I still have packages to send out so I know those won’t arrive by Christmas. And I still have to send out Christmas cards! Yes I am so behind!
I was a little hungry and needed a quick snack before MT so I munched on this:
1/2 a carrot cake Clif bar which was my first time tasting it. It was good! A little chalky at the end but really good overall and a great spice flavor. I also had a clementine which didn’t want to be photographed.
Tonight was conditioning and I gave it my all! I was busting out the moves, and I very much missed hitting stuff. :p Once we got home Rocky wasn’t interested in a walk so I jumped in the shower. As Scott was showering I made the pizza!
Buffalo chicken pizza on WF pizza crust.
The buffalo chicken was buffalo chicken sausage that I chopped and sauteed up. On my half was:
- Sausage
- Red Onion
- Green Peppers
- Buffalo sauce
The cheese was moz and some cheddar. Scott had all of that plus ham and mushrooms on his half. I put two slices on my plate and had that with a bit of red. I only ate one and a half slices, it was filling but soooo yummy!
Now I’m off to sit on the couch with my two boys and watch the Pens game. I may have a bit more wine and I also bought some peppermint ice cream so I might dip a little into that. See you tomorrow!
