I also love this salsa! I have tried others but they just don't compare to Tostitos. I have also worked my way up to enjoy the "medium". I never get the small jar....it has to be the bigger one.

Copy away! :) It looks amazing. I love the extra touches you put on the kale, and I completely agree about the pork or bacon.

Sorry to hear about the server and lost content! So glad to hear you're journey back into running is going well after there injury. We are just starting our half training, so I'm keeping my week runs shorter and trying to get a long run in on the weekends. I say trying because so far it hasn't been going so well with the weather and schedules. I have plenty of time though so I'm not too stressed about it...yet. :) I have to stick to the 3-days a week plan or I get burned out. That balance seems to keep me motivated in running.

Great job! I got four days in this week, running about 3 per day, plus some weights thrown in there and a hip hop class. I haven't been on it since Thursday though - I don't know what it is about the weekends but I just want to REST. I guess I really give it my all during the week.

Yikes, what a week. Good for you for getting out there and running most days, despite all the yucky weather and feeling under the weather yourself. Hoping this week is better in all respects!!

I made this tonight for dinner and it was amazing! I added some asparagus tips, eliminated the bread, and served it over brown basmati rice. Thank you for the yummy recipe!

Busy weekend for us! Doing some mission work which entails going to a Thai restaurant and a Buddist temple.
Sunday night is our annual church chili dinner and I need to win back my crown!! Plus we are doing snacks for the youth that night.
Not enough hours in the day for me!!
