Review: KLUTCHclub

I was contacted by KLUTCHclub and asked if I would be willing to review their service. I accepted and was sent their September box of goodies.

The idea behind KLUTCHclub is that this is a monthly program where you are sent a box of lovely items to sample and try out for the month.

KLUTCHClub focuses on health and wellness so all the items in the box are related to that in some way.

The items in the box total about $100 but you only pay $16 -$18 per box depending on the monthly subscription you choose.

Each month has a different theme to it and the products sent to you reflect that theme.  For September the theme was “Spa Month” so all the items were about relaxation and focused on decreasing stress.

The box arrived and was accompanied by a nice pamphlet that explained all the items in the box and why they were picked.  I liked this feature because it provided great information about the products and I could use it as a resource guide.

September’s Box included:

Anatomy Naturals Dead Sea Mud Mask
EBOOST Natural Energy Booster Mix (This seems to be similar to Emergen-C)
Lauren Brooke Cosmetiques Lip Gloss in Winterberry
Natural Vitality’s Natural Calm Magnesium Powder
Taylors of Harrogate Tea
Dream Water Sleep Aid and Natural Relaxer
Soothing Music CD from Sequoia Records
iTrain Mobile Workouts $50 gift card
Zeel.com $50 gift card
EcoTrek Fitness Whole Food Bar
Cremo Company Women’s Shave Cream
Zenify (Fizzy drink to help relax you and relieve stress)

Here’s a link to more information about each product.

My favorite products ended up being the ones that were designed for skin care along with the CD.

I love masks and try to use one at least once a month.  Sometimes I make one out of oatmeal but I’m constantly searching around for products to try out.

The lip gloss is fantastic!  It smells amazing and goes on very light and cleanly.  It doesn’t leave your lips sticky or goopy.  Plus it lasts for a long time which can be challenging with gloss. I have recently started getting into more natural skin care (honey face wash for example) and really like that this lipgloss is all natural.

Like masks, I’m also in search of great shave creams.  I love that this one is actually a cream and not an over fragranced foamy mess.

Scott and I both love Celtic music and this is perfect for a relaxing day at home with a bunch of candles lit and some tea steeping nearby.

Oh and I forgot to mention the tea!  I drink tea in the evenings to help me unwind and get ready for bed. These are great to add into the rotation!

I’m anxious to explore the iTrain and Zeel websites a little more and to put those giftcards to good use!

Of course there were some products that just aren’t my thing.  For example the waters and the protein bar, but that’s because those are things that I don’t normally eat or drink.  If those are something you enjoy then you might like those kinds of products.

KLUTCHclub makes sure to give you a wide variety of things which means there’s always going to be something you’ll like that suits your personality and preference.

With the amount and variety of things you get in each box, the boxes are very reasonably priced.  If you enjoy trying new things and learning about new products on the market that are geared towards health and wellness, give KLUTCHclub a try and see what you think!
