Pizza is taking over mah brainz!
This week’s pizza even has a surprise twist at the end! It’s like OHC’s own cheesy TV show.
Get it? Cheesy? Pizza has cheese?

- Spelt Crust
- Pizza Sauce (Scott’s half)
- Spinach and sundried tomato dip (my half)
- Shredded moz, parm, and asiago
- Red onion
- Chopped artichokes
- Spinach and feta chicken sausage
- Mushrooms (Scott’s half)
OH YES I DID!
I can buy cans of it from Whole Foods during the holidays. I believe TJ’s has some all year long. Or you can get frozen or fresh, roast it and puree it yourself. Whichever works for you.
This made the best freaking base ever and took that dip up to another level completely. It was amazing! And thankfully I have more dip leftover!
I bet a butternut puree base with caramelized onions and goat cheese would be amazing. Maybe bacon and apples or pears too? Or not to the bacon if pig isn’t your thing. But you get the picture, B-NUT Pizza FTW!
