Hey gang!  This is going to be supah quick because I need to finish packing and would like some more time with my hunloves before having to call it a night. :D

Last night I had some tea and read in bed. Snugs! :D

teaNo lie, I was fast asleep before 10pm, I was wiped out!  Whew!

Let’s talk about my foot for a minute.  It is bothering me and I’m annoyed.  Last week in conditioning class, we had to do these crazy jumps and stuff barefoot and I think the muscles in my right foot are a bit strained because it is now sore.  Yesterday it hurt to walk, but it was not a horrible pain.  Like when you have sore leg muscles and you walk or try to go up/down stairs?  It was like that.  I could walk, it just hurt.    Because of that I decided to take today off from running.  Boo!  I want to run in San Fran so it was for the best today.  At this point it feels a lot better.

Coffee, yogurt and granola

I did decide to make some pumpkin latte though!

That always brightens things up!  I also could not resist the siren call of yogurt and granola.

  • 2% Fage
  • 1 large red delicious
  • Granola

Mmm mmm!

You can imagine the rest of the day was spent getting things ready for the trip.  Eeeep!  Are you going to check in to see how I’m doing?  You better, punks!

Lunch was total typical OHC style:

salad

Salad:

  • Mixed greens
  • Chard
  • Broccoli
  • Beet
  • Carrot
  • Sunflower seeds

Sprinkled with a bit of ground pepper and Ms. Dash Italian seasoning, then topped with a bit of yogurt ranch.

hummus and crackers

Humms and crackahs!

Smoothie

Smoothie:

  • 1C OJ
  • 1C Carrot juice
  • 1C US Cranberry juice
  • Spinach
  • 1 banana
  • Frozen peaches
  • A handful of frozen blueberries

Not pretty but so tasty!

Smoothie, salad, crackers, and hummus

It was around this time that travel nerves started setting in.  I decided to help ease that by starting to pack and then I took a lovely bath.  I painted my nails this awesome dark purple color, totally my fave!  LOVE IT!  It was also around this time that my huns arrived home with my new business cards.  Squeee!!!  They are so pretty!

More travel packing crap and then it was dinnah time!  Fish Tuesday of course!

Salmon, veggies, and rice

Roasted cauliflower and green beans:

  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Curry powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Sea salt

Salmon!

  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Maple syrup
  • Curry powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Hot sauce

And also a wee bit of rice on the side.  I totally kicked this plate and then had some more cauliflower! :D  I packed my lunch for the plane while dinner was cooking.  Sorry no close-ups, it’s cause I’ve got to jet it outta here!  I’m going to make some tea to help me chillz and relax, then it’s up bright and early tomorrow to get things moving.  I will update when I can! Later my pretties!
