Michelle, Zucchini is pretty versatile and it really just leaves the bread moist. :) I’ve used it in pizza too and it works well!

My gosh I can totally see myself baking this already!!! I’ve actually always wondered what zucchini tastes like in bread, and you’ve given me a great reason to try this out!! I can’t believe how moist it looks!!!! Even though it seems like it’s 100% healthy and wholesome! Thanks for the recipe.

This looks like a winner to me. I am a huge Ghirardelli chocolate fan, too. I’ve been overdosing on pumpkin lately, mixing in some zucchini sounds like a great idea.

ohhh thank you!!! I wanted to bake for my dad this weekend and knew he would be freaked at somethings so he got standard chocolate chip cookies. then i wanted something with less sugar for me but couldn’t find anything really great… this is it!!
