Hey, nice write-up. Gotta love the protein! For me, besides drinking healthy shakes rather than cheating, I have discovered that the real way to kill those nagging handles is to simply lower my entire percentage of bodyfat to less than 10 percent. I've typically been a fan of the Warrior Diet. It's natural and how Mother Nature intended for us to eat. Read up on it sometime and email me what you think. Anyhow... slick site... I'm subscribed to your feed now so thanks again!

CamTim, It's 365 brand Vanilla Whey protein powder. I get it in the WF supplements and vitamins section. So far I'm pleased with it, although I have yet to try it in smoothies.

What vanilla protein powder do you use? I can never find protein powder (that I like) in Vanilla. I love Kashi chocolate, but have never seen vanilla so maybe I'll need to order some online.
