September 2nd, 2008: Nite Time

Hey guys! I will probably have to schedule doing Tuesday and Thursday evening posts during the following morning. On those nights I have MT and by the time we get home, shower, and I make dinner, it’s usually after 9pm by the time we are ready to start unwinding from our day. I started this post last night but it was 9:30ish and I was pooped! So I went up to bed to read for a bit and was asleep by 10:15. Moving right along…

I always try and have a little small something before MT class to help keep me fueled, otherwise I would probably gas out. I wasn’t super hungry today so I only had a small bowl of Blueberry Muffin Frosted Mini Wheats. It’s like Booberry for grownups! Plus 1/2 cup of vanilla Silk which isn’t pictured. I didn’t want my cereal to get soggy while I was taking pics.

It was hot and humid today and the class before us didn’t want the doors open. So the gym was smoking. I got my knee banged up pretty good trying to block some of Scott’s kicks. I had banged it up previously and it was just about to be fully healed. Ah well. My knees are always bruised up or have marks on them from class.

We got home and I was starving! I wanted something quick so I pulled out some leftover soup I had made last week and froze.

While the soup was heating up, I snacked on 7 Kashi Honey Sesame crackers. I love these things! Slightly salty and a little sweet makes the perfect combo. Plus it’s Kashi, so you know it’s good for you. Finally Scott came down from his shower and we could eat!

I love soup!

I love soup!

This was Italian sausage soup with triple greens. It was very yummy and much better the second time around. If you guys are interested I can post the recipe. :D I didn’t eat the entire bowl, probably about 1/4 or so left. I also had two pieces of the bread with about 1/2 tsp of spreadable butter on each.

That was that, then I went up to bed. zzzzz
